You affirm that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability Yellowdig is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yellowdig and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
10. Modifications & Termination We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or pose a risk to the community.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
